well the games haven’t been hacked apart by data miners yet, so we don’t really know how much stuff is still hidden in the coding.
Not saying there WILL be a Mega Raichu, but saying that if Nintendo didn’t have a giveaway, we wouldn’t know Mega Blaziken ever existed so there may be more stones that just aren’t available through normal play.

I seriously hope you are right lol. One of my all time favs!
And I think that each of Eevee’s evolutions need to have a Mega Evolution. It would fit in perfectly.

Well i’m pretty sure they have saved a number of Megas for event distributions as they seem to love doing tie-in event giveaways, still can’t guarantee that it’ll be Pokemon you like that get them though.

That Sylveon was a bugger to get tried it the first time and got a Leafeon, So there was a grass stone close by. Then restarted the game did the whole Poke amie thing from scratch, flew far away and dinged my Eevee. BOOM! Sylveon 😛

“Evolution starts at level 35, if you’re holding your 3DS upside down.” How do people figure this stuff out? Epic.
Also, nice guide, thanks Darryn.

Maybe the clue was in the description:
#687 Malamar
Classification: Overturning Pokémon
Sites like, http://www.marriland.com/ & http://www.serebii.net/index2.shtml are quite on the ball.

It’s level 30, not 35. Not sure why the article has it at 35.

And how did they expect us to figure out to evolve these Pokemon when there is no book on how, like diamond and pearl, black and white have. Only book you get is a stinkin walk through on where stuff are hidden and what type of Pokemon the gym leaders have. Its just bull
There are also so many Floettes to evolve into Flogres with a Shiny Stone, but there is also many other Pokemon that also evolve with a Shiny Stone. But where are they all, seriously
