Make sure you have your pinch of salt and remember what I posted earlier about having to report news on rumours since we still have no confirmation from Rockstar, but according to a support user on the German Amazon site the PC version of Rockstar’s top selling Grand Theft Auto V is going to be released on the 12th of March 2014.
If you can understand German then you will know that the above states that Rockstar will be making an announcement today about the PC version of Grand Theft Auto V and that the announcement will be that it is being released on the 12 of March 2014 in America.
Rockstar games normally release at around the same time, if not the exact same time, worldwide so if this person knows what they are talking about then we will all be playing GTA V on the PC in March next year.
The user also asked about the next gen versions for the Xbox One and PS4 and was told to ask again in early January. I can’t see Rockstar releasing the PC version at a different time to the next gen versions though so expect them all in March if the initial date is correct.
Remember we’re on skeleton staff right now so keep an eye on the official Rockstar Newswire later today to see if this announcement is made.

Excellent. GTA V on 360 was great, but muddy textures, awful frame rates and aliasing kind of took me out of the game. Now I’ll settle for an upscaled but bug-ridden port 🙂

I think you should have some system where you colour code the title or something to let people know that this an article is based on rumours. That way people can’t freak out if it ends up being false 😛
