So Pretty

The Official Xbox Magazine has released a video showcasing why it thinks the Xbox One should be your gaming console of choice when it is released later this year. The video montages through 20 platform exclusives, can you name them all.

So how many can you name from that trailer?

In all honestly I had about 8 I think but if you did better than me then congratulations.. here is the full list in order of appearance.

Black Tusk Project (untitled)
Ryse
Forza 5
Halo 5
Killer Instinct
Dead Rising 3
Kinect Sports Rivals
Sunset Overdrive
Crimson Dragon
D4
Quantum Break
Titan Fall
Powerstar Golf
Fantasia: Music Evolved
Below
Project Spark
Zoo Tycoon
Loco Cycle
Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare
Xbox One Minecraft

Now some of those are obviously preaching; I mean claiming Minecraft as an exclusive is a little ludicrous but hey if it doesn’t exist on the PlayStation or Wii U I guess it theoretically counts.Out of all of them I’m only really excited about Titan Fall, Quantum Break and maybe Halo 5 if the bug bites again.

Which ones are you looking forward to? Or for a more entertaining conversation, which one of these exclusives is going to turn out to be the laughing stock of the Xbox One launch.

Heh you know you’re still going to get one at some point, right? Won’t be right away, and you’re going to be all shy & coy about admitting it, but I know you’re still going to get one 🙂

Don’t know much about Black Tusk Project (untitled), but the ones I’m keen for: Ryse, Halo 5, Dead Rising 3, Sunset Overdrive, D4, Quantum Break, Titan Fall, Below, Project Spark and Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare

As much as I like Minecraft, I’m sticking to the pc version. I’ll also pick up Kinect Sports Rivals as some stage due to how often the current 2 Kinect Sports games is pulled out.

These all grab me! Not really an Indie fan nor the Japanese style games(D4 & Crimson Dragon on this list). Will get some Kinect titles too later on for the whole “family fun” thing, after all “a family that games together stays together”????. These exclusives alone will keep me busy for a very long time. Throw in all the great Multiplats coming and I’m sorted for a good couple of years for sure! HAPPINESS!

Yeah, funny how many people are prepared to tune in just to hate on the X1. I can’t wait to get me some Forza 5 goodness. Titanfall I’ll be playing on PC though.

My sentiment too. I won’t hate on something just cus it is, which I see people doing more and more these days online. Decided to stand against !

i’m sure many of the others will be awesome.
But if this gen has been any indication, majority of my on-line time will be Forza 5!

Shit, I’d buy it for PvZ: GW. I bet GW2 will be better but everyone will be noob-seeding, and GW3 will be exactly the same than GW2, but worse. I’ll wait for PvZ: Spores.

I love haters. At least MS actually showed some exclusives that made worth the buy… I’m sure that whenever Naughty Dog decides to release their title everyone will be “oooh, aaaah”, but until then, please. Is Killzone really a worthy launch title? Maybe, but InFamous? I’m sure the PS4 will have some awesome titles down the line, but so far it’s kinda lacking.

I’m not saying MS has a lot of better titles, but at least they made an effort to have some interesting launch titles.

And Titanfall having no SP… I mean, I know you’ll be whinning if they inlcude one and you don’t like it or feel it’s too short or whatever, so I’d rather have you winning now because they won’t include it.

You might want to reserve you comments until after Gamescon. Also pressing the whole look what MS did kinds makes you seems like a PS hater? so your point would be what?

Gosh, they might announce yet another God of War! You’re right, I better wait!!

I don’t have enough time on my life to hate on a console, or a company. Maybe you do, but I happily own both consoles and enjoyed the crap out of them, and by the end of the year will happily own both next get ones, but, considering the announced games, I’m pretty sure I’ll be playing more Xbone than PS4, at least the first month, and that’s because, in my eyes, the launch titles from Sony’s side are lacking. Period.

That’s my point. Like it, dislike it, I don’t really give a crap, as I don’t really give a crap about which console will be more powerful, which one will sell more, or which one will scan my face all night long. Sony and Microsoft care about money, I care about the games they have to offer me.

Again Sony has more announcements to make. You going on about this when you don’t have all the info is pointless.

When they make those announcements, I will go on about that. What’s the point about anyone talking about any console before they release, then?

I express my feelings take into consideration what I know NOW. What happens in two weeks or whatever will happen in two weeks or whatever. Right now, this is my point of view. If it’s pointless, poor me, let me live with my ignorance 😉

Some are attempts from MS to show off, and add to the list, but they fail. If they really think Fantasia or Powerstar Golf are worthy of being called exclusives… Poor them.

But, on the bright side of things:

          – Ryse looks interesting, but didn’t really grab my attention.

          – Dead Rising 3 look genuinely awesome, and it will get some more attention from those that didn’t play the previous one when MS gifts DR2.

          – Forza 5: Come at me.

          – Halo… 5? 4’s single player was boring as hell, while its online keeps being amazingly fun. Hope 343 can make up for that.

          – I’m honestly interested in Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare.

          – I trust in Remedy, so my faith is on Quantum Break, but I still have to watch some real gameplay, because it’s not a day one buy for me.

          – I also like Twisted Pixel more than a lot of people, so Loco Cycle will get my humble attention

          – I wish Killer Instinct is good.

          – TitanFall will go to my PC.

          – Project Spark also looks kinda fun. Not sold on it, though

I think they actually look impressive, sometimes its moments like this where I wish the consoles were more of the same esp price and hardware, as I wont lie those games look good. But i will still be getting a ps4 even know they lacking the games atm a little

Totally. Personal preferences are personal prefereces, and I’m certain both consoles will offer awesome titles down the line, and with the PS4 having a behemot like Naughty Dog, I’m sure you’re in for a treat.

PS4 is lacking but hopefully this will change after Gamescon. The only PS4 exclusive that caught my eye so far is The New Order! Looking forward to see more of this as the graphics looks amazing!!

Not interested in much that’s there except Dead Rising. But not buying a console for one exclusive. Spark is interesting and Titanfall, but since these are also PC titles I will get them on PC.

Spark’s on PC? Didn’t know that. Thanks for the heads-up, I’m getting it there too.

Hell, I’m still waiting for Spelunky and State of Decay to release on PC.

ZZZZZ… more of the same generic copy paste crap of last gen. It’s like they took leftovers of last gen and put them on here. Screw this, I’m going Nintendo this gen. Wii U might have more of the same exclusives, but at least they know how to change the gameplay up a little each gen.
