I honestly think they would rather not sell / promote xbox because they been having so much trouble – maybe they hope to make the same amount of cash on less sales and then less support. The people there sound like they are about to commit suicide when you call em up to find out when your replaced xbox is coming.

Friday in america.

The RROD is old news. Everybody has probably already heard about it. That doesn’t make it less crappy though. The price increase will hurt the most imo.
