What’s Bioshock doing in Far Cry 3?

References in comedy. Lazy. References in video games? Fan-bloody-tastic. Far Cry 3 is a big game, make no mistake, and it’s got quite a few secrets hidden inside of it, such as a dead McLovin. Here’s one that might just rapture your imagination. But of course, there’s a catch to all this.

See, you’d have had to pre-order the game to get in on this gag, which lasts for several seconds and taps into that almost meme of “Would you kindly activate?”. The Lost Expeditions is the little bit of exclusive DLC that you’ll need for this, so hard luck if you only bought the game this week.

I know that the gaming world is in love with Far Cry 3 right now, but I’ve found it ok so far. Make no mistake, it’s a good game, but it’s far from GOTY material for me. Enh, maybe at this time of year, I’m all FPSed out.
