Yesterday we saw the first Ghost Recon Future Soldier review break embargo and then all hell broke loose behind the scenes as that site apparently never received a review copy.
As such we really couldn’t take anything they said (really badly) as factual but thankfully last night the embargo dropped and we can now see how well the new Ghost Recon: Future Soldier has done.

Currently it’s averaging 79/100 on Metacritic which is solid enough but slightly lower than I would have expected as the troll sites normally drag down a metacritic rating after the first few days so it would be surprising if GRFS does manage to top the 80% mark.
We’ll hopefully receive our review copy any day now and then we’ll let you know whether you really should pick up a copy or wait for the bargain bin placement.
