I’m starting to get really excited Street Fighter X Tekken; it’s insanely combo and juggle-heavy, requiring the sort of dexterity that’s normally only found in the Japanese. If you’re in any way serious about fighting games, and want the hardware to help you execute the insane combos quicker, then you need a good fightstick.

And we’re getting more good fighsticks.

We recently took a look at the premium Soul Calibur V branded stick from fight-fan favourite Mad Catz – but if swords and boobs aren’t your thing and you’d prefer something with a little more Street Fighter X Tekken falir – then you’ll be delighted to know that local Mad Catz distributor Comet Computing will be bringing in a range of Street Fighter X Tekken fight sticks and pads.

Here’s a look at what we’ll be getting:

The stick  – with legendary TE specifications – will be available in two different designs, “cross” and “line” utilising the lovely Viewlix button layout Street Fighter players love so much.

If you don’t have the cash to plonk down on a stick, there’s the cheaper option of gamepads – especially useful on the 360, which has a notoriously dodgy d-pad.

Products will be available in local stores in early April.

Street Fighter X Tekken will be available on PS3 and Xbox 360 on March 9 – which unfortunately puts it up against Mass Effect 3.
