SimCity was one of the best game of my childhood, creating huge master pieces with massive statues dedicated to my glory.
It’s these early years that helped nurture my over belief in myself and made me the egotistical ass that I am today… and for that I guess I have no choice but to be thankful.
So the rumours of a new SimCity being developed that pop up every year always excite me but this time we actually have a date to work down to.
EA and Maxis have announced that they will host a Game Changers event at GDC this year on the 6th of March and late last year a keen eyed reader noticed that Maxis had advertised a job position for someone with PS3 and Xbox 360 knowledge to help them create a AAA simulation style game.
So yes it could be anything but we’re hoping it’s going to be a brand new SimCity for consoles and hopefully PC/

I have been dieng for the day simcity comes to x-box if all the games came out tomorrow i would buy them all even if it cost me my right arm i grew up on simcity when i was younger and playing it got me through some reailly rough times in my life and i cant afford a computer that can run it. I stand by MAXIS and i hope they put a simcity out for x-box 360 realy soon i havent played it for quite a wile and i realy miss it terably and i agree with the computer thing hopefully if it does happen they can play with a keyboard and mouse
