According to a post a read on Brutalgamer, on the 11th of May Roman Ribaric (the CEO of Croteam) mentioned that first-person-shooter, Serious Sam 3 was being under way. This was pretty evident as he was quoted saying that,

“we have also recently started the development on two games, one of which is the next Serious Sam FPS game. Here, we are pretty close in signing the publishing deal, so when that happens, you’ll hear it here as well.

Subsequently Majesco Entertainment, the developer/publisher released a rather enigmatic twitter as it quoted, “SERIOUS” announcement this week… So SERIOUS you’ll to get your Xbox 360 fired up.”

Now as far as I’m concerned, the Serious Sam titles were pretty fun and I’d love to see an Xbox 360 iteration. But will it be a contender against the rest of the amazing FPS’s the 360 has to offer? I guess we’ll just have to see.
