Despite the fact that’s it’s gorgeous (well, as gorgeous as a bleak post-apocalyptic world can be) and that it runs at a buttery smooth 60 frames per second (on all platforms, I’ve found it very difficult to drum up much enthusiasm for id’s imminent id Tech 5 showcase RAGE. This TV advert for the game might’ve just changed that, thanks to its fantastic inclusion of A Perfect Circle’s Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums.
It’s pretty fantastic and sets the right bleak tone for the game. It also makes me want to shoot stuff in the face, so…job well done, really. Check it out after the jump.
