That’s because, according to Konami,  it’s going to feature 21 Brazilian teams, and I can’t count that high. How many zeroes is that? Terrible jokes aside, Konami has announced it’s made a licencing deal with a number of Brazil’s clubs,  and will feature a number of licenced clubs, as well as a fair number of licenced players too.

Brazilian club teams will include:

Campeonato Brasileiro Série A Teams

  • Atlético Mineiro
  • Atlético Paranaense
  • Bahia
  • Botafogo
  • Chapecoense
  • Corinthians
  • Coritiba
  • Criciúma
  • Cruzeiro
  • Figueirense
  • Flamengo
  • Fluminense
  • Goiás
  • Grêmio
  • Internacional
  • Palmeiras
  • Santos
  • São Paulo
  • Sport
  • Vitória

Campeonato Brasileiro Série B Team: CR Vasco Da Gama

The following teams will even have the proper player names.

  • Corinthians
  • Cruzeiro
  • Palmeiras
  • Figeurense
  • Players for the remaining clubs are in the process of being confirmed, and will included in digital datapack updates post launch.

Of course, once the game is out there will be datapacks available to rename everyone in the game, saving you the hard work of going and physically giving every player in every team the right names and stats.

PES 2015 is out November 13 on PC, PlayStation 3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The PC and new gen versions are set for full price, with a bit of a discount to those stuck on the older consoles. It’s sporting a twin set of developers; the usual one in Japan, aided this time by a support studio based in the UK. For the first timer in a while, it could end up being better received by both critics and consumers this year, as this year’s FIFA’s been found wanting a little.

How much is a Brazilian? That’s actually a good joke at the expense of Bush

I’m as confused as GWB as to what’s PES. Sounds like a game from the 90’s struggling to make a name for it’s self. A bit like GT if you ike 😛

after playing fifa 15 now for a week or so , i wonder if PES can make me jump ship , the manger mode in fifa is literally copy and past since fifa 2010 , witch is more or less the last time i played fifa…so in 6 years they have had no innovation in that department , its all fifa ultimate team crap

Not really, maybe if you had play all of it, you would have noticed the differences in manager mode, development and scouting much better and varied

6 years of incremental uprades do not excuse a real lack of innovation and effort..

I play FIFA when I want a casual “one-night-stand” with the guys. Because they don’t know anything better. I keep going back to PES when I want something long-lasting, deep, meaningful, satisfying and intelligent.

Oh, how I wish that were true. Liked the demo at first, but the more I play it, the less I like it. Still holding out hope that final version is much improved upon or will be stuck playing FIFA.
