If you suspect someone of cheating then when you see them online, lodge a complaint by selecting their gamertag and clicking the File Complaint button.Microsoft will review and action accordingly, looking through his Gears Achievements he does appear to have cheated somewhere, but not enough to get noticed yet I would say I hate to break it to him but Microsoft will stop him as soon as they find out… If you suspect someone of cheating then when you see them online, lodge a complaint by selecting their gamertag and clicking the File Complaint button.
