Is Fallout 4 coming soon?

Say what you will about Bethesda and the debacle surrounding Skyrim. Say, even, what you will about the franchise being ripped from Interplay and losing its soul, but I loved the hell out of Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. The prospect of Fallout 4, using the new Creation Engine tickles me in places that shouldn’t be mentioned on a public forum. These teasing tweets then, have me rather excited.

The fellow who voiced Three Dog in the post apocalyptic RPG, Erik Todd Dellums tweeted out the following, teasing

What could it all mean? His initial tweet was sanctioned – so it’s official stuff. Is Fallout 4 on the way, or will we see Dellums as Three Dog in a Fallout Movie. I’d really prefer the former.
