Garden Warfare coming to Gamescom

PvZGW

I didn’t expect to be, but I was quite charmed with EA and Popcap’s class-based, Frostbite-powered third-person shooter take on the beloved Plants vz Zombies franchise. I was expecting a cheap, nasty cash-in – but the game, from what we’ve seen, is surprisingly well thought out, and could prove to be quite a multiplayer hit.  I’ve been looking forward to seeing a bit more of the game since it was shown at E3 – and it looks like EA will be bringing the thing to Gamescom. Hopefully it’ll actually be playable.

Here’s the latest trailer for the game, teasing some Gamescom news. The game will likely be shown a little more at EA’s Gamescom press conference, which will kick off at 4pm next week Tuesday. We’ll be there to bring you all the info, as it happens.

The game was first announced as being exclusive to Microsoft’s platforms – but it seems it’ll be coming to the PS3 and PS4 as well

Nah, they’d want your brains, so attack… and then forget and swim away… and then attack again

    This looks so good.

Glad to see it might not be exclusive to the xbone because I sorely want this game.
