Far Cry 3 is probably my most anticipated game for the rest of this year with it’s jaw dropping visuals adding to what could possibly be the best multiplayer experience we’ve seen since Modern Warfare 1.
And it looks like we’re not going to have to wait until release date to give that a try with Ubisoft announcing that they will be holding a PS3 and Xbox 360 closed beta this winter and if you live in America all you need to do to enter is pick up a copy of Ghost Recon when it’s released.
We’re not sure if the offer will stand locally but once we know we’ll let you know.
Ubisoft has also announced that they will be giving away 500 entries into the beta through their Facebook page.
No dates have been announced for when the 2 week beta will start but we’ll hassle our local Ubisoft rep to see if we can grab some of these highly desirable beta tokens to give away on the site.
