Download the demo, you must

What the f*&k is that?

I for one am ecstatic that the May the Fourth is over with as I couldn’t take any more Star Wars puns so it’s not with great enthusiasm that a mere 3 days later I am once again delving into the world on Star Wars.

But it has to be done, you may have noticed on Friday that Abigail posted her review for Star Wars Kinect and in short she thought it sucked which wasn’t a surprise as the current Metacritic score is sitting at a miserable 55/100.

However there are rumours that these aren’t really accurate and that critics are simply being overly harsh on what is simply a light hearted and entertaining experience.

Obviously the massive Star Wars fans are going to hate it because let’s be honest here, they hate everything that isn’t the first 3 movies and just love telling us how Lucas has sold out and doesn’t know what he’s doing.

But us normal people may in fact like the game, I wouldn’t go and spend money on any game that received a 5/10 and it looks like Microsoft has realised this as they’ve now announced that Kinect Star Wars is receiving a demo on Xbox Live, so head on over to the marketplace and download the demo which contains Jedi Destiny, Rancor Rampage and Podracing.

The download clocks in at a massive 2Gb’s but it’s at least cheaper than the full game because honestly I’m not convinced you’re going to like it
