And the next Borderlands 2 DLC is…

Gearbox are staying true to their promise of regular Borderlands 2 DLC and the third piece of the promised 4 set DLC has now been revealed but this time we aren’t getting a new character but rather some more quests for the wonderful Sir Hammerlock

While this is yet to be confirmed the DLC is expected to be called “Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt”

The name was revealed by three new trophies released for the PS3 version, namely

1) Face Off – Completed the mission: "The Fall of Nakayama" (Bronze trophy)
2) Done that – Completed all Hammerlocks hunt side missions. (Gold trophy)
3) Been there – Discovered all named locations in Hammerlocks Hunt. (Silver trophy)

While I’m a little sad that we don’t get a brand new character this does sound like a decent new trip and with Gearbox doing so excellently with the title so far I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
