Square Enix, you just got served with an awesome rap video full of great suggestions

I miss Square. Not Square Enix, who seem to pump out mediocre hits with only a rare, and exceptional hit every now and then, but the Square that made me want to play games. I’m talking about the developer who took a massive risk when developing the first Final Fantasy, intending for that game to be a grand swansong should it tank.

I miss the developer who decided to make risky and innovative games, even if it meant costing them their empire. Games such as Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, and Final Fantasy 7. I’m not the only apparently, as rap artist Richie Branson feels the same way, but unlike me, he’s allowed to express himself through rap.

Sure, some of his suggestions may be a little too risky, but you need to rhyme some games, don’t you? Video after the jump.

Because he's the writer that Lazygamer deserves, but not the one it actually needs right now. So we'll hunt him. Because he can't take it. Because he's not a hero. He's a loud-mouthed journalist, a watchful procrastinator. A dork knight.
