Pikmin is another one of those absolutely genius Nintendo franchises that hardly anybody in South Africa gives a damn about. Designed by Shiggy Miyamoto, the ridiculously adorable, but strategic…uhh strategy game won over hearts and minds in the rest of the world. There’s a new trailer for Pikmin 3, headed to the Wii U next year – but my excitement is mixed with a bit of sadness.
Nintendo announced during its Nintendo Direct webcast yesterday that the game would be delayed by a bit, probably only arriving at the end of March. While all you Nintendo haters who just don’t give a damn play the world’s tiniest violin betwixt your fingers, I’m going sit here and be really sullen and miserable.
Anyway, here’s that trailer, showing just how adorable, and bloody gorgeous the game’s shaping up to be.
