PlayStation Home gets an Upgrade, and Maybe a Reason to Exist

 - August 20th, 2009
PlayStation Home is – if you’ll excuse my Swahili – F!@#ing pointless. Sony’s attempt at replicating Second Life ranks only slightly above Xbox Live Avatars on the list of “completely useless things added to consoles this generation that serve as a great way to fleece consumers of their money.” The biggest problem with Home, aside from the idiots who harass female avatars, is that it’s so ... The World’s Coolest Cellphone Accessory

 - August 12th, 2009
In my travels in Asia, if there’s on thing I’ve noticed (Other than an unnatural reverence for noodles) is that cellphone accessories, straps in particular are very popular, almost bordering on being de rigueur. I’ve always considered them to be superfluous and tacky, but my mind’s been changed. If you’re a Street Fighter fan - and I am – you’ll likely agree. These are the single coolest bits of useless gadgetry, and I must have them. StrapyaNext, a Japanese phone strap retailer has ... [»]

Gamerlobby Street Fighter IV Tournament – Report on the Action

 - May 22nd, 2009
Ladies and Gentleplayers The competition is hectic!I'm Blackie Toothgrin and here is the report of last night's matchups. In the fights last night we saw blood sweat and tears...some knocked out teeth as well.Fighters were seen warming up pre-match and there was hope that the champ Draeka would forfeit his match cause a mob abducted his brother. He was facing Havok who agreed that he will wait, and drink while Draeka goes and helps his brother. After all, what is a couple of hours between fighters for the sake of the Street Fighter code of honour. Draeka left the tournament saying, I'll be back where he rushed off to go face the ... [»]
