| | Gamers don’t want innovation | Gavin Mannion - December 12th, 2008 | Gamers will only have themselves to blame next year when EA decides to release half baked remakes of dodgy titles instead of actually innovating and releasing new IP’s. EA have already come out this year and said that they are going ... [»] |

| NFS: Undercover – Not looking too shabby after all | Nick de Bruyne - October 31st, 2008 | When I first heard that a new Need for Speed title was on it's way, I wasn't incredibly excited to tell you the truth.I though that Carbon was a step in the wrong direction and I couldn't really bother to comment on what I thought of Pro Street. Undercover is however, starting to make me take interest in the franchise again. The trailer is looking pretty fun and EA has even gotten Nissan to debut their new Nissan 370Z in the game. How the car still looked so good after slamming through a ... [»] |

| Need for Speed: Undercover ‘Open Road’ trailer. | Gareth Seiler - October 23rd, 2008 | Need for Speed: Undercover 'Open Road' HD The video gives us a good look at the world the game is set in, hopefully Undercover is the Need for Speed title that makes this franchise worth playing again. In the latest 1upFM podcast the guys from 1UP did liken it more to the Hot Pursuit series which in my opinion is a good thing. The cops are back which is great, and Undercover ... [»] |

| NFS Undercover Gameplay Footage (PS3) – Different Enough? | Nick de Bruyne - September 19th, 2008 | The first time that you see gameplay of an upcoming game you can mostly see what the game is going to play like. After all of the cinematic movie trailers we have seen, we finally get to take a look at the actual gameplay for the first time.So then, what do you guys think? Have EA done enough to push the series in the right direction or does it look like they are just falling back onto whatever sold well? I am happy that ... [»] |

| New Need for Speed Trailer – includes first in-game footage | Nick de Bruyne - September 16th, 2008 | It seems like EA is changing it's tone with the Need for Speed series, which in my opinion is a good choice. They have gone with a very "Hollywood" approach, making this almost seem like the trailer for "Gone in Sixty Seconds Part Two". While the cinematics look really cool and the movie sequences are giving me a hope of a mode similar to NFS Porsche's "factory driver".The gameplay is key and as long as the cars drive well and the campaign is well paced and interesting then I will be happy. Please ... [»] |

| NFS Undercover Cars List Revealed | Brett - September 16th, 2008 | If it was up to me, the Need for Speed franchise would have stopped at Most Wanted. EA don’t live in the same world as we do so they have continued to make more. The newest one will be hitting in November and the cars list has just been released. It’s a fairly good looking list and there ... [»] |
