| Lara Croft. Best before: 21/05/09 | Dieter Fouche - May 21st, 2009 |  We all know who the ever sexy Lara Croft is. She has been almost every pubescent boys dream woman and has caused bulge inducing liberties even in older men. But apparently, little Miss Croft has now passed her expiry date. Well, it was inevitable though…she’s had a good run guys. But now it’s time for Lara to relinquish here ... [»] |

| Tomb Raider Films Already Getting a Reboot – Jolie nowhere to be seen. | Nick de Bruyne - January 28th, 2009 | Warner Bros. Pictures recently acquired the rights to the Tomb Raider films because of Time Warners' upped stake in Eidos and are now in the early phases of development for a new Tomb Raider movie.
The scary thing is that while the last Tomb Raider movie, starring Angelina Jolie only came out a couple of years ago, producer Dan Lin, who is responsible for the upcoming Sherlock Holmes film as well as Warner Bros. want to refresh the entire franchise and start over, meaning no ... [»] |

| Zero Punctuation: Tomb Raider Underworld | Gavin Mannion - January 15th, 2009 | This weeks Zero Punctuation takes place alongside Lara Croft and all her assetts...I have to say though that I actually think Yahtzee is selling the Tomb Raider franchise short here, granted she is made to wear skimpy clothing to try and sell her best assetts ... | A new styled Lara Croft coming soon? | Gavin Mannion - January 13th, 2009 | One of the sad things about the latest Tomb Raider not doing so well in the retail stakes is that 30 people have now been laid off from the developers, Crystal Dynamics. One of those ex-employees, Eric Lindstrom, has been posting on a forum and answering questions from the public. He goes on to say that a M-Rated Tomb raider was always a possibility and the fact that all the Tomb Raiders we have seen so far were T-Rated was a decision by the publisher that is no longer an absolute. So they can finally spread their wings and really give us what we have always wanted, Lara and Duke in a action packed romantic comedy with aliens… That is what we have always wanted isn’t it? | Tomb Raider is coming to town – If you live in Johannesburg | Gavin Mannion - November 12th, 2008 | I am happy to admit that I find it a little unsettling that a computer game has an ambassador who’s sole job is to fly around the world turning young men on in an attempt to get them to buy the game. I am also happy to admit that it’s a brilliant idea and one I wouldn’t mind seeing replicated by a few other franchises… Who wouldn’t want to meet the Locust Queen? Anyway ... [»] |

| The Real Lara Croft Isn’t So Keen on Archeology | Gareth Seiler - November 7th, 2008 | Tomb Raider's Lara Croft is known worldwide for her voluptuous curves, sultry English accent, and vast knowledge of archeology. But what about Alison Carroll, the latest model to portray Lara Croft for a living? Well, two out of three ain't bad. In an interview with Danish news outlet Ekstra Bladet, the unsuspecting bikini-clad vixen was subjected to a series of simple questions related to Croft's field of choice. The results? Painfully awkward ... [»] |

| Tomb Raider: Animal Cruelty Trailer | Nick de Bruyne - August 29th, 2008 | The new Tomb Raider is looking really gorgeous and if the last title is anything to go by then we can officially say that the Tomb Raider series is looking good once again. In this trailer that will probably be frowned upon by Animal Anti-Cruelty as well as a couple of Hippies, we get to see Lara laying down the "pwnage" on some poor Tigers that were probably suffering from starvation and just needed some food to survive. There is of course the thought that the tigers may be controlled by the bad guys, ...
