Karl Thomson - January 16th, 2009 | CVG reports that id has announced the writer for their slightly anticipated Doom sequel is Graham Joyce.Mr Joyce certainly has the qualifications to pen the game as he has received quite a few British Fantasy awards. Hopefully these will translate into some top notch pants-wetting scenarios as the previous Doom game had completely lost touch of what horror or terrorising the gamer entailed, and Doom 3 had no story.I have played all of the Doom games, and I can't think of one instance where I pushed 'Esc' and said to myself, " Wow this is really good writing, I hope to see more of this throughout the game and in the sequel." ...
