Razer Kraken headset review: Release the sounds

I seem to be on a roll with headsets - I now feel naked without some quality aural peripherals at my desk and I love the difference in sound. Headsets make gaming, video viewing and general PC experiences better, but not all headsets are created equal. So, how does the Kraken compare?

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 review: Barely scratching the surface

I didn't see the point of a tablet until I got one, and now I can't believe I ever lived without one. Samsung has a tablet in its stable of Galaxy products, but are these the 10.1 inches that you've been looking for?

ASUS G56 reviewed – sleek and portable gaming

Gaming notebooks are a bit of a strange hybrid. We expect the portability of a laptop with the performance of a proper gaming rig. They need to be lightweight, while still boasting all the bells and whistles we've come to know and love. The ASUS G56 aims to give you all that - fantastic gaming power in a pretty, light and well designed portable package. So, how does it stack up?

Epson TW550 Gaming Projector Review

On the 14th of February this year I received quite the surprise… I was robbed. They stole my pretty 42” Plasma and since my insurance is, shall we say, non existant I am now forced to replace it and have been trying to save up the cash and make a decision on what to get.

Steelseries G6V/2 Pro Gaming Keyboard review – The iron gauntlet

When I go into combat I take the biggest weapon I can. I get the tank with better armour, or I take along someone who can repair it for me. If there are no tanks available (boo!), I go for something two-handed and heavy. So why are you using that flimsy keyboard over there? Are you scared of having something more powerful than yourself? Could Bane use it without breaking its back? No, he couldn't! Meet the juggernaut of keyboards.

Hardware Review: Orb Wireless PS3 Controller

You may have heard around the gaming community that Megarom, the local distributor for Activision, Codemasters, Blizzard and a whole pile of other publishing houses has now decided to dip it’s toe into the hardware market and has started distributing Orb peripherals.

The first item we’ve received that I’m going to review is the Orb Wireless PS3 controller because if there is one thing for certain in the gaming industry at the moment is that the PS3 Dualshock is stupidly expensive and really not a very nice controller to use.

Nintendo 3DS Hardware Review

I’ve had the Nintendo 3DS for a couple of days now and while I haven’t gotten through all the inbuilt software yet it is about time we posted up a bit about the actual hardware. This is the first time I have had such a long time with the device and as such it’s the first time the faults are starting to show, so without further delay lets get into the Good, the bad and the ugly about the Nintendo 3DS’s hardware.
