There can only be one first in life. Your first kiss. The first man on the moon. The first horrid morning after a night that involved you eating an entire plate of el Diablo hotwings without any knowledge of the fire below that was to come. And of course, the very first PlayStation 4. Sony’s latest flagship console may have sold millions, but to one collector, having the very first anniversary console off of the production line was worth far more than the standard retail price.
One of the benefits of working right next to a set of consoles is that I can check out online goodies at the drop of a hat. One of the downsides of doing work on a laptop that has gone full retard though, is that I can’t get that content up very quickly sometimes. Anyway, here’s the first 15 minutes of GTA Online.
Peggle 2 and Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare will arrive on the Xbox One first. Peggle 2 will actually be a launch title, while Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare is still expected sometime in 2014. Both games will have Kinect and SmartGlass options.
After two months of moderately placed big game releases, March arrives to put a hurtin’ on your bank account. There’s a number of big games on the horizon, such as Bioshock Infinite, Sim City and Gears of War JudgEment. But it’s Tomb Raider that happens to be receiving the fair share of public adoration right now. It’s a reboot that has Lara Croft revealing how she became a tomb plunderering lady, and it’s doing this without the need for top-heavy visual eye-candy. So what’s the game like then? And more importantly, can your PC run it?
