Great zombie game: Left 4 Dead 2. Terrible zombie game that I wish would die in a fire: Resident Evil 6. I hated that damn game with a passion last year, and a recent attempt to replay it with the new patches just reinforced my hate for the Capcom disasterpiece. And now, it looks like they’re going to be infecting Left 4 Dead 2 as well. But don’t expect a Tekken X Street Fighter crossover here.

Far Cry 3 is going to invade Minecraft
Oh Minecraft, is there anyone out there who doesn’t love you? Well, apparently not, as the game has surfaced, from tongue in cheek references in Skyrim, to flatout mad love imitation in Borderlands 2. And now, it’s going to be invaded by a game based on tribal warfare, exploding tigers and madness.

Mares of War 3 is the My Little Pony game that I really wanted…
There’s something weird, strange and kind of wonderful about the way that a children’s cartoon has been usurped by grown men. For some reason, this obsession with anthropomorphic talking ponies has lead to a sub-culture emerging, one that places the magical equestrian species in everything.
Which is what Deviantart user Nickyv917 has done, replacing familiar video game characters, with the magical ponies instead. At least he has good taste in games. I mean, can you imagine if he had chosen to use something like Bloodforge?
See for yourself, after the jump.

So How far’s Tekken X Street Fighter, then?
Fighting game fans are terribly excited for the upcoming crossover titles from Capcom and Namco. The first, Street Fighter X Tekken ( that’s cross, not ex) from Capcom will introduce Tekken characters to the series, using established Street Fighter game mechanics. Fans of Namco’s brand of digital martial arts get their own back later with Tekken X Street Fighter – which has characters from Capcom’s games battling with Tekken mechanics.
We got hands on with Street Fighter X Tekken at E3 and it’s pretty far along, and should meet its release sometime next year. So how complete is Namco’s game at the moment?

Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright Announced – Trailer
Yes, it's true. Two of the biggest franchises on the DS are coming together to create what might be one of the coolest crossovers we are going to see in a while.
Level 5 announced a new Nintendo 3DS crossover with Professor Layton and Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright. The game has the professor and his sidekick teaming up with Phoenix Wright and Maya as they explore Labyrinth City.
Pretty darn cool, eh? Even better, we have an awesome trailer for you to watch as well. Watch it after the jump.

Capcom vs Namco? Namco vs Capcom?
Heyyyyyy. Looks like those Street Fighter vs Tekken rumours may actually be partially correct! They were given further credence when the respective producers of each series - Namco Bandai's Katsuhiro Harada and Capcom's Yoshinori Ono – teamed up to give a speech, and tease the crowd at EVO, the premier fighting game championships.
New rumours have surfaced – and I like what they’re saying. It seems that we’ll be getting two crossover fighting games – one from each development house.
