Bloodborne, if you go by the reviews that are out, is an incredible game - and a genuine reason to purchase a PlayStation 4. Reviews have been overwhelmingly positive, dishing out the most delicious hyperbole. It’s out in stores locally tomorrow (unless you’ve managed to bag a copy from CNA). If you own a PS4, you very probably want it. Of course, you could be a little afraid that it might be a little too unforgiving - and it’s a fair bit of cash to spend on something you may not like. That’s why we’re giving you a chance to win it.
Bloodborne is coming this week, and it’s already got fans of legendary studio FromSoftware’s fans rabid with anticipation. Take it from us, this game is as gorgeous as it is brutal and unforgiving. To celebrate its impending release, we’re giving away a copy of the game, along with a few other baubles, to one lucky winner. .
We’ve made you wait a long, long time for this. It wasn’t really our fault. Dying Light dropped the ball with their physical launch last month, and so the launch party ultimately suffered as well. But fear not true believers! Dying Light is just around the corner, so here’s the ten lucky sobs who will be joining us at the launch party this Thursday.
Dying Light feels like it should be old news by now, but the game hasn’t technically really seen a full launch yet. You could’ve grabbed it digitally last month, but the physical copies are still taking their sweet time to get here. Thankfully that wait is nearly over, and so is the wait for the Dying Light launch competition? Not sure what that is? We’ll then you’ll want to look over here.
Yet another update: Good news everybody! The Dying Light launch is back on, at the same place and the same time, on February 26th. Better yet, we now have ten copies of the game to give away to each of our double ticket winners - which makes the wait worth it if you ask me. All your previous entries still count, so don't worry about having to enter again if you already have. If you still haven't entered via the comments below, get cracking. We'll be drawing winners on Monday the 23rd of February. Good night - and good luck! Update: It seems like the local Dying Light delay has affected more than just the game. The launch event has been put on hold indefinitely, but we should be getting more information about it this week. Either way, until we know for sure when (and if) the event is still happening, we won't be drawing winners. Sorry everybody. Original Article follows: This year isn’t content to start slowly, and Dying Light is ready and waiting to kick off the gaming calendar with a bang. What better why to celebrate the parkour focused zombie skull smasher than spending an evening at the game’s official launch with us? Or, even better, with a free copy of the game
Your very own phantom blade; a slick, awesome replica of the one that Arno uses in Assassin’s Creed Unity. We’ve got just the one to give away thanks to our friends at Ubisoft. We tasked you lot with coming up with cool, crazy ideas for a silly gun – with the winner, hand selected, becoming the proud owner of the collectible. Here’s who won it.
Indie Zoe is back, baby. It's 2015 and we've already got some cool indie news for you. So, get on your double monocles and pretend to have some ironic facial hair - we're going full hipster.
I really enjoyed my time off over the festive season, but I must admit it’s good to be back. We ended 2014 on a high, but I wouldn’t blame you for missing out on some of our last articles of the year. Just like this amazing competition, where there are no less than five big prizes up for grabs!
We've been talking about O3DX for a while now. The off-road, Trails-esque title developed by a team in Cape Town is set for launch on PC, console and mobile in the near future, but you can already jump the gun and purchase a copy. Not only will you grab it at a discount, but you could also walk away with some incredible prizes as well.
Remember back in 1998 when everybody used to pack up their Master Race devices and head off to their local LAN get? Neither do I! I only started lanning much later, say the early 2000s or so. It’s something I haven’t done for years, and for good reason. My PC weighs the equivalent of two giraffes, plus my connection to the Internet means I never have to leave this chair… EVER! You on the other hand, might actually enjoy the sun in your eyes and the wind in your hair, as well as a bonus gym workout thanks to carrying your PC around. Do you stay near Brits? There’s a LAN happening this weekend.
You always win when you buy SteelSeries stuff in my book. Their products are fantastic and I still get tearful thinking of the day that they took away the Wireless H review headset. Now you might just win even more when you buy any SteelSeries product in December.
I love free things. Perhaps that why I'm regretting having this job right now - I can't enter to win this awesome giveaway! But, I can still be excited for you bunch, you could win an incredible prize, the biggest we've ever given away.
Got plans for the weekend? Rubbish, clear that schedule right this instant. You could be the lucky winner of an all-expenses-paid trip to Draenor! You wouldn’t want silly commitments like marriage or childbirth to get in the way, would you? Alright now that you've got that admin out of the way, the best limerick writer and winner of this fantastic prize is…
We’ve had a great many competition on Lazygamer, giving away some fantastic prizes – but nothing quite like this. It’s our biggest competition ever – and we’re giving away both a Sony PlayStation 4 console and a Sony Xperia Z3 smartphone to one lucky winner. That’s one heck of a prize for one lucky human just before the festive season.
Didn’t win Assassin’s Creed Unity? Maybe you can win a copy of Ubisoft’s not completely broken open world shooter instead. I’ve rather enjoyed my time in Kyrat, and plan to spend many, many more hours liberating outposts, hijacking radio towers and skinning just about every animal the region has to offer. You can win a bunch of Far Cry stuff, along with a copy of the game on your platform of choice. As long as that platform isn’t PC. Here’s how.
