Beyond: Two Souls has a surprising release date

Quantic Dreams new incredible looking title, Beyond: Two Souls, hasn’t yet received a proper release date and I have been telling anyone who would listen that they shouldn’t expect the title to land on the PlayStation 3 but to rather expect it as a PlayStation 4 launch title.

Well either this rumour is wrong, or I’m wrong or the PS4 is going to land in May 2013.

For a short period of time the release date was listed on the official Beyond: Two Souls has the 25th of May 2013

The site has now changed to simply say that the title will be shipping in 2013 and to be fair I think this was more of a typo than a leak.

Unless Sony is going to go completely against the grain and release the game on a Saturday instead of the usual Tuesday release which is highly unlikely.

I’m still holding out for it to be a PS4 release but it looks like I may well be wrong in the end.
