If you’ve been slow to migrate from your old, dusty PS2 to the next generation, now might be the perfect opportunity. Select Pick ‘n Pay retailers nationally are practically giving away Sony’s HD console.

Well below the RRP, they’re selling 120GB PS3’s for an astonishing R2299.00 – a saving of R1500 on the regular price. This makes it undoubtedly the most attractively priced, full featured HD console available in the country at the moment. Word is stock is very limited, so get yourself to your nearest Pick ‘n Pay as soon as possible to avoid missing out on this.

There’s pretty much no reason not to get a PS3 now…unless you’re a silly deluded fanboy, of course. In case you didn’t know,  it only does everything.

    My laptop’s motherboard died a few weeks ago. It’s gonna take just over R5000 to fix. Now I’m thinking of just buying an el-cheapo laptop and using the rest of the money for a PS3 as well.

      Numerous people on the PS3ZA and Xbox-360 forums have confirmed purchase. Some stores – like the Ottery PnP – are already unfortunately out of stock.

      I call Bullshit. I walk through PnP at Ottery everyday on my way home and always check the Hi-Fi section for specials. I did even see this over the last week or so.

    really don’t know why they decided to land this price on a Thursday. It’s definately a destination driver to get feet in store so you would think they’d do it over the weekend when people have time to spend doing some shopping.

    Guys will literally skip work buy the thing today and head back they won’t be hanging around

    oh well at least PnP know this price point works to push volume so maybe we’ll see it again.

    Btw have heard from a reliable source that game have been honouring their “will beat any price” but you have to present a copy of the broadsheet showing the PnP special

    I am selling a practically brand spanking new LCD, with warranty.

    Sony Bravia KLV-32T550 LCD TV. 2x HDMI Ports, Bravia Engine 3 Technology, in box with all manuals and so forth. It’s been turned on about 4 times dudes. The reason I am seeling it is because I won another TV at the same time so I no longer need this one.
