Behind the Scenes with The Bureau XCOM Declassified

10 internet points if you can spot Darryn

So last night we were invited to a special behind-the-scenes screening of the upcoming The Bureau XCOM Declassified which may or may not still be under embargo. I really should read these documents they give us.

Anyway I’m not the one covering it anyway but one of the things we were shown was this new behind-the-scenes video from The Bureau XCOM Declassified which is kinda cool.

What I can tell you for sure is that they have really improved the title since I last played it at E3 2010 and while it’s not yet perfect it is trying new things that I admire and which may end up being very entertaining indeed. Keep an eye out for Zoe’s wrap up of the event which I’m sure will be published when we are allowed to tell you things… let’s hope she at least read the document.

I still need to get my hands on Enemy Unknown, but I want this as well. Maybe buy both at the same time.

It’s bloody addictive man, really. I’ve been up till 1130 each night this week because of it. Then end up dreaming about the damn thing and what I did wrong, and the soldiers asking my “why commander, why did you lead me to my death, was I not loyal enough?” THE HORROR, THE HORROR!

Only just started with Enemy Unknown as I finally got finished with TLOU last night. This looks pretty funky as well.

It’s awesome hey? Well, today it is. Yesterday I hated it as it kept killing my okies, and I kept rage quitting, you will understand soon!
