What you do get however, is a console decked out in steel grey Batman colours, a matching controller, the upcoming Arkham Knight game and some exclusive DLC featuring the master of fear, the Scarecrow. It will of course, cost quite a few beans, with the US RRP being $399.99, or around the usual R6000+ that these special consoles cost when they’re available locally.
And it doesn’t look…bad. It just doesn’t look Batman enough for my tastes, and I’m the kind of guy who buys Batman-branded nipple tape. Here’s a bunch of pics of the console looking all shiny and stuff:
I think I would have liked a console that was decked out in Batmobile colours more. I mean, it looks nice, but less is more doesn’t always work. Gimme something that shouts Dark Knight instead of silver knight, and we’d be in business I think. Batman: Arkham Knight is out now on June 23. All PS4 players will be able to shout “FIRST” if they grab the game, as they’ll gain access to bonus content such as additional in-game missions and custom skins for Batman and the Batmobile before those other console and PC players do.

What amazes me about the whole Batman series is how awkwardly he moves around in the suit, but the moment some scumbag litters on the street, it’s chwang chi wah! boof! I mean, look at him! he can’t just give a thumbs up, he has to turn his whole torso to do so…

If this model of PS 4 ejects the disc, make it fly in an arc across the room and inserts back into the PS 4, like a Batarang. then i would get it for sure!
This Batman fully agrees with Batman, the colour of the console says in an incomprehensible Christian Bale Batman voice : ” Does it come black ?”

Your right Darryn. The silver just doesn’t do it Justice. Might as well do a custom stencil job on the black console will probably look better then the offered one.
