Guild Wars 2 unofficial Combat Mode

pvpPROJECT has modded Guild Wars 2 into a third-person shooter  - adding free mouse-look to the game.

Naturally the mod is not official and third party modifications are strictly forbidden by ArenaNet’s terms of service. After asking whether the mod is allowed to be used and whether they’d be banned using it, ArenaNet’s community manager replied:

“Hi everyone.

As Diva points out, the use of third-party software is not allowed in Guild Wars 2. Thypari, if you feel this is something that would improve the game, then we invite you to post your ideas on the subforum Suggestions, where they will be looked into.

I will proceed now to lock the thread.

According to the forum thread the player asking whether it’s legal had suggested this system as a secondary option in the options menu and is now asking ArenaNet to consider implementing it into the game. Check out the demo of said Combat System below.
