I have not upgraded my PC case in eons. How do I know this? Well, every morning when I press the power button, my fans squeal louder than a collection of tyres in Boksburg on a rainy Friday evening. It’s a pain I tell you, one I hope to make go away very soon. Perhaps I should invest in a casual Mjölnir case like the one above? It’s so purdy!

Guys, a little PSA if you will indulge me.
If you are from or near SnorToria (Pretoria), and would like to adopt a dog/cat, please visit Wollies Animal Project in the nortern parts (you can check out their facebook page for more info).
Wonderful people, with a passion for looking after the animals abandoned, they NEVER put down an animal that has a chance of adoption, the cat area is so damn awesome as well.
Please, even if you just go visit, spend some time with the animals, or any donation, old blanket or food, will be greatly appreciated.
We recently got my daughter her own puppy after our one old dog passed away, I’m sure you remember me telling you about that, and if you can support them, that would be awesome.
The “adoption fee” is really just the cost (very reasonable) of the spaying/neutering of the animal, so, in essence, the dog is free.
If you can support them, please see if you can do so.

Going to shamelessly latch unto the Admiral’s PSA.
Pretty much a carbon copy of the place he described but in Cape Town Northern Suburbs.
Fisantekraal Animal Welfare (FAW) and Uitsig Animal Rescue
They do weekly outreach to Fisantekraal informal settlement outside Durbanville to help the people there take care of their animals, rescue dogs not being taken care off, donate kennels, neutering, operations etc.
Adopted our first one as a pup, then volunteered to foster, train and rehabilitate 2 more a year later. Who ended up staying due to insistence of my wife and son.
You will no believe the number of dogs and cats abandoned, I’ve seen pure bred and trained Retrievers, Huskies and the friendliest Great Dane and those expensive cats with flat faces.
You can help by adopting (do not know why people spend thousands if it is not for a working or show dog), volunteering, visiting the craft market, running with the huskies or just coming over the weekend to play with the cats to keep them used to humans to make them more adoptable.

My hart literally turns to lead it feels that heavy when I walk into a shelter. I got both my cats at the SPCA. Still want to find the fucker that poisoned the one.
