HGH

I don’t know how, but Johannesburg has travelled through some freaky dimension door into a realm where the sun doesn’t exist. Seriously, I forgot that that lovable, warm chum looks like! I’ve got such bad withdrawals that I’ve taken to shining a bright light into the back of my eyeballs. AAAH WHY DOES IT BURN SO MUCH?

In Other News: Time to pull that protractor out for a third time, exo suits get viewed by 6 million people, a dote night (how romantic), and twenty years of PlayStation!

  1. All good and nice and well, BUT, why only the one facial expression?

“why only the one facial expression”
You are not looking at it correctly. Just like Derek Zoolander she is making a lot of different facial expressions.

My first PS game as Tekken and I couldn’t believe how close it resembled the arcade version.

My first year in the Army 1996. Every single dorm had Tekken running in the background.

I suppose they all have COD in every room now lol.

I saw on Reddit the other day: An American Marine was pointing out the fact that the red stripes on the pants of the Marines in the Funeral scene In COD do not match the rank.

Then another Marine pointed out that only at funerals are the Marines allowed to wear the red stripes. His source: Funeral duty for 6 months.

            ROFL,

            Then somebody said:

” So COD knows more about the marines than a Marine does”

lol Got to hand it to them, their research is good.

I couldn’t believe after buying Tekken 5 that Tekken 1,2 and 3 was included with the game. That’s probably my favourite one of the series.

Nope, everything was included on the disc I shit you not. Hell you could even unlock Starblade, a space shooter arcade game from 1991 that was in the arcades made by Namco. Also you had to unlock every single thing by playing the game. No DLC, no microtransactions, nothing. But this was almost ten years ago. How things have changed.

I bet some big company going to release a game like this and it going to be a failure because of all the bullshit and brainwashing companies are trying at the moment, trying to make us forget that games came with everything for the standard price of that time

I had my friend swap me tekken for my psp for sim2 back in the day because i sold my ps1 with all those games
Is that tekken 5 on the ps3?

          • Hammersteyn

            November 13, 2014 at 17:01

No it was for the PS2 unfortunately, Back then it was still very exciting to buy games. Now when you buy a game you are left wondering what they left out in the name of DLC.

I never expected FORBES to do such GOOD articles.

““enchanced” elements like app-locked chests? It’s like if after Gladiator won an Oscar, there was a new sequel released every year, and by the time Gladiator 5 rolls around, you’re paying 50% more to see it in 3D and you have to download an app to watch bonus scenes on your iPad.”

It’s so simple as he highlighted
      Consumers want:
      A) A product that looks like what was advertised
      B) Not to be talked down to in PR speak
      C) A working product at launch
      D) To be respected for shelling out $60 for a new game, and not goaded into paying even more

Simple as. I did say that gamers are probably the only market where one can steal the shoes off of their feet and they will not do anything about it.

The stigma of being a social outcast for 30 years has allowed the thieves to take advantage knowing full well that the nerd demographic will never voice their rights as a consumer.

It is slowly changing, now that social media can spread a message faster than God can with two tablets 😛

      Shot-a-lot bud. Great article.

      Can’t believe they’ve put $99 micro-transaction(s) in a $60 game.
That is the complete and utter opposite of what defines the word micro. FFS.
