Yesterday, rumours surfaced that Nintendo would quietly release a miniaturised version of its older Wii amongst all the Wii U Hoopla. It’s no longer a rumour; a retailer has outed the system, as well as released the first picture of the Wii Mini.
There’s really not a heck of a lot of information about the diminutive console, other than the fact that it’s..well, smaller than the regular Wii – and will be available in North America on December 7. This will be the third revision of the Wii hardware to date.
As if Nintendo had been scooped up by Apple, the thing will be called the Wii Mini. A wee Wii, if you like. I refuse to stoop to this level, so Insert your own jokes here.
