Games-2015

Buckle your asses up fellas, because the upcoming gaming season is about to get busier than the first aid department at a One Direction concert. We’re only halfway through the year. And we’ve barely scraped that iceberg of titles with our shapely Titanic-like bodies, which are just waiting to tear a huge gash in our wallets and feast on the surviving Rands.

At least, that’s what I imagine icebergs are like. Here’s a look at all the confirmed games that are still on the way this year. As usual, take some of the bigger release dates with a pinch of salt. True PC gamers never ever pay full price. Games these days have zero value so it’s Steam Special or GTFO.

The second run is more enjoyable, one can take their time withought having to worry about the pacing of the main story. That Griffin set is sick. Just got to level 15.

I couldn’t do that. I got too much into the story and had to see what was happening next without taking 30hour intervals clearing the map. My goal is to beat my level cap of 36

I just finished all the Witcher contracts, treasures hunts & almost all the secondary quests. Now finishing off question marks, only got another 15 or so to do in Skellige. Then I’ll carry on with the main quest.

          • Sageville

            July 23, 2015 at 21:04

Thing is, you understood exactly what I meant, like everyone else who read it. Correcting it was not really necessary, but you felt compelled to do so regardless, making this actually more you’re issue than mine, as such, this implies a deep seated desire for order and control. Control which is probably lacking in your day to day life, yet you still feel the need to express some measure of control over others as a form of reassurance. You achieve such reassurance by correcting writing of relative strangers in comment sections and the likes.

Such behaviour leads to compulsion, the same compulsion that would lead you to correct the last paragraph you just read. Unfortunately, as the error was deliberate, you will now obviously deny such urges to yourself, even though they gnaw away at you, like an addict itching for his next hit.

So, tell me about your mother…

*(Ok, that was all just a joke, sort of. Personally I don’t see the point of correcting people’s writing. I know it annoys me and the fact that people are very selective about their corrections adds to my annoyance. Just let the world burn.;)

          • coip

            July 23, 2015 at 21:53

I understood what you wanted to say only after pausing and re-reading it, which is not efficient. The purpose of language is to communicate efficiently. That’s why we have grammar and spelling. Thanks for your unqualified, armchair psychological evaluation, but promoting efficiency has nothing to do with despotism. I never understood why people are so defensive about making grammar mistakes. Whenever I make a mistake I’m happy to be corrected. Just the other day, someone let me know that I mixed up the words comprise and compose. They were right, and I thanked them because now I know how to use them properly. People who reject knowledge because of pride are people I cannot comprehend.

          • Sageville

            July 24, 2015 at 10:22

You missed my main point of annoyance, you only corrected my spelling and left the rest of the board unscathed. Why? Are you making an example of me?

For the record I don’t reject knowledge, for expedience I write what I like without a trip to the dictionary. I just don’t really care about “efficiency”, whereas you do, and massively so, perhaps this is the pride you mistakenly reflect upon. I gave you my joking, unsolicited psychological evaluation just as you gave me unsolicited spelling corrections. It does baffle me that some people feel so entitled to enforce their banal corrections on relative strangers, as if mandated by some higher authority.

In conclusion, please feel free to continue to correct my grammar and spelling mistakes, but please don’t confuse your compulsion to do so with some noble quest to make a comment section on a gaming site more efficient to read.

            July 24, 2015 at 18:08

The rest of the board? I don’t sit here and read every single thing written by every single person on every single article. I encountered your post, and I suggested a correction. Stop taking it so personally. This isn’t some concentrated effort to single you out. It’s a coincidence.

Just Cause is a destruction Sandbox with awesome destruction and Action set pieces that Rival a Michael Bay Film. In JC2, you can Hijack a jet, Ram it into another Jet, parachute down to safety and then blow up an Oil Refinery… See screenshot: http://www.4colorrebellion.com/V4/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/Just-Cause-2-Launch-Header.jpg
