I know what some of you are thinking, and I’m not even going to acknowledge all the haters. Because this game could just be my next online addiction. Developing a new MMO is hard enough, never the less merging an existing franchise and the MMO genre at the risk of disappointing two communities at once… I’m confident that Bethesda has got this though.
There’s no point in sitting around wondering, so I’m going to sign up for the beta. Apparently a whole lot of other gamers are too. Last I checked the site was experiencing some heavy traffic, causing some delays in signing up. If you want to sign up too, go right on over to this link. The starting date of the beta is yet to be announced, gamers signing up are being urged to keep an eye on the game’s social media accounts for the announcement of the date and first round of invites.
What has been released is this very awesome beta announcement trailer. I haven’t seen any cinematics in an MMO this good since the actual in-game cinematics of Star Wars: The Old Republic. Not even Blizzard’s cinematics team can beat this, derp!
