Gamers around the world will have to defeat many a Shoryuken to stand a chance to win the largest and longest running fighting game tournament in the world. The Evolution Championship Series (Evo) has revealed their line up for this year and a donation drive with all proceeds going to a Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The confirmed seven games that will be competed in are:
- Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3
- Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition
- Tekken Tag Tournament 2
- Mortal Kombat 9
- Street Fighter X Tekken 2013
- King of Fighters XIII
- Persona 4 Arena
Eight game donation drive
The eight titles to be competed in are still to be determined by a donation drive. There’s a page set up for the most popular games in previous Facebook polls, players can vote for the game they’d like to be the eight title, by making a small donation on that page. The game will be announced at the end of the month.
