rAge 2013 is no doubt the biggest yearly gaming event for local gamers. I don’t know who the rest of the thousands of people are that usually walk around looking at us funny, but apparently it’s the biggest for them too. Dates and ticket prices have been revealed, so you can get in before all the tickets disappear.
So NAG’s really awesome gaming expo (That’s what rAge stands for, I kid you not.) has been around for a couple of years and every year the number of attendants grow. We see more awesome things and get to test out some peripherals and jam some games and have super competitive gaming stuff going on and the 2000 man LAN which is apparently the biggest in the southern hemisphere. And every year we have a number of people pretending that they are too cool to be excited for this…but I know you are, even if you don’t want to admit it.
I have to say I’m really curious to see what the event will have in store for us this year. Just don’t ban the booth babes, mkay? Here’s when it’ll take place and how much tickets will cost. There’s no word yet on when it goes on sale at Computicket, but you can be sure that we’ll let you know as soon as we do.

SEXPO! Have dates even been released for that? I enjoyed hoping from that to this, its a great day out imo. Too bad they moved Venues, heard the one last year was pretty shite. Rage however was superb as usual.

Don’t know about the dates yet, but I did hear they already confirmed the old venue last year during the shite expo. I hope this rumour is true, else the only way to get me there is to bring Xena and Gabrielle from the recently released parody 🙂

Or just not a row of 50 shops all selling the same stuff? Trololol. Apparently there was quite a bit of unused space. I know the hunting expo used extra space downstairs for the shooting range the one time I was there to shoot the 50 cal. Sexpo hasn’t used it yet.

Hopefully they can get the LAN situation right this year.
I didnt hear many positives about it from those who were there.
it was much simpler befor internet was a necessity.
my clans first team won the CoD4 champs back in 2008, and the team had nothing to complain about at all.
Always been keen to check it out, but Im not about to buy flight tickets to go up and have a look.

Who gives a continental, last year it sucked, the year before it sucked, sort of a trend going here. They could not even get the DSL working to play legal games. only crap that was played was cracked/hacked stuff.
I would rather sit at home and pawn them Rage noobs, never going to be attending that FAIL expo as a LAN Gamer again.
