Mass Effect 3 has gotten an unofficial “happy ending” mod. After the great outcry of unhappiness about the Mass Effect 3 ending, gamers are taking it on themselves to create their own. [Spoiler Alert:] Lots of spoilers! Mostly spoilers!
Modder TheME3EM has released his unofficial mod and has assured that it is safe to use as Bioware endorses single player mods. The mod can be downloaded here or here. Players also need to be aware that if they have Leviathan installed they will need a fix.
The new credits song used is “Reignite – A Shepard Tribute Song” by Malukah. See parts one and two of the new ending in the videos below.
