The very definition of a flawed masterpiece, Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a game that sits proudly on a shelf of games that will never ever be traded by me. I still love the game, and the soundtrack is a regular on my playlists during the day. And now, that cyberpunk Renaissance is headed to the Wii U.

While it isn’t exactly surprising that Square Enix would port over a hit game onto a console to make some more potential bucks, it is welcome on a system that sorely needs games right now.

Just not in March, because apparently, Nintendo are bastards when it comes to pacing their game schedule. Square Enix has yet to give a date as to when Deus Ex U will release, but they have confirmed via Game Informer that the ported title will make use of the Miiverse, have developer commentary, in-game guides and an overhaul on the controversial boss fights.

DLC content is also part of the package, and includes the Missing Link and Tong’s Rescue missions. If you still haven’t played the game yet COUGH “Gavin” COUGH, then you’re missing out on one of the finest cyberpunk adventures in recent years.

It may have a few flaws, but overall, Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a classy title with tons of longevity.

I loved this game and I agree – I doubt I will ever trade it. I often find myself spending a few hours replaying it in a different fashion to the time I clocked it while waiting for another game title to come out.
