This is a reminder of two things you definitely want to keep your eyes on. If you’ve missed it, you can win a 40” 3D Gaming TV by knowing things about Gears of War: Judgment and then there’s this huge gaming event happening next weekend, with world class pro gamers and South Africa’s best battling it out for R35, 000.
Gears of War: Judgment competition
I don’t watch TV because I have a PC, but I do really; really want this 40” 3D Gaming TV that Xbox South Africa and Samsung and Lazygamer is giving away. Did I mention it is a 40” 3D Gaming TV? Alright, now that it’s sunk in here’s what you need to do:
- Go here: link
- Answer a new question about Gears of War: Judgment everyday.
Doing this will not be in vain, as there are 2100 MS points up for grabs daily to a random winner. Yesterday, one of our very own readers: Dwayne Olivier won the points. Because we are the best ever and so are our readers. Also remember that everyday you answer the question, you get another entry into the draw, making your chances of winning so much better.
StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm Invitational
So, many people may not fully understand what this invitational is all about and what the heck is actually going down that day and what the implications are of being there. It’s really not as strange as it seems. In short, two world class gamers will be playing an official South Africa versus Romania game of StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm in a big ass 500 seater auditorium, there will be matches between South Africa’s best players during the day as well.
This is meant to be the biggest spectator event the country has ever seen. But it can’t happen without you guys, so you should RSVP to this event, entry is free and it guaranteed to be most epic. Especially because Megarom is giving it all they have to make this venue and event look and feel as good as humanly possible.
The media will be all over this like white on rice and you can go there and socialize with your friends and cheer on some gamers even if you don’t understand what they’re doing, according to Megarom there will be lots to see and experience.
Register here for the event, it’ll be held at The Campus in Johannesburg.
