HERTMERN!

I get it. Not everyone is enamoured with the latest entry in the Hitman franchise. Gamers who grew up with Agent 47, haven’t exactly been bowled over by Hitman: Absolution, despite being a much needed new entry in the franchise that I loved. So what’s a jaded player supposed to do? Why go the nostalgia route of course! In HD!

Square Enix has confirmed that the original Agent 47 adventures will be arriving next year in February. That’s a three game package, made up of the following titles:

  • Hitman Contracts
  • Hitman 2 Silent Assassin
  • Hitman Blood Money

The collection will arrive in two flavours, a standard compilation and a premium version that has an art book packed with different takes on iconic moments from the franchise. It’s currently only scheduled for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, with no word yet on whether or not a PC version will appear to garrotte your Steam download queue from behind.

Okay, now stop pointing those damn silverballer pistols at me! You guys win!
