If you are an arcade fighting game junkie, you’ll remember the 1994 Rare game Killer Instinct. As announced at E3 it’s being remade exclusively for the Xbox One, check out what the developers have to say about it.
Killer Instinct for the Xbox One is in development by Double Helix Games. In this developer documentary, the team takes you behind the scenes of how the game came to be and what they’re planning for it.
So far three completely redesigned characters have been showcased: Jago, Sabrewulf and Glacius. No release date has been specified. If you want a more in-depth look at the game itself, you can read our E3 hands-on with the game. It has been said that Killer Instinct will release as both a retail and free-to-play title, coming with only Jago. If players want more characters, they’ll have to purchase the DLC.
Here, have some screenshots.
