Mesa

Warframe is one of the few games I know that gets regular updates with good content. Are you somehow over shooting and slicing everything in sight? Ha! Prepare to get sucked back in. The latest patch for the Space-Ninja-Simulator brings the usual goodies – a new quest, new weapons, new bosses, new enemies, and yes, a brand new Warframe.

Take a look at Black Mesa, the latest addition to the Warframe line-up: .

As if I didn’t have enough stuff to farm already. The addition of Mesa brings the total Warframe count all the way up to 30! Here’s what she can do:

Ballistic Battery: Store up damage you release on the enemy into a single deadly shot.

Shooting Gallery: bolster your allies’ damage while jamming enemy weapons at random.

Shatter Shield: Reflect incoming enemy fire back at a random enemy.

Peacemaker: Unleash Mesa’s custom slinger pistols and show your enemies what it means to be the best at what you do.

What’s a Warframe update without some new weapons to pewpew with? Here are the latest additions to the (giant) armoury:

Redeemer: Striking with massive twin blades, the Redeemer fires the killing blow with its built-in shotgun.

Paracyst: Completely overwhelmed by Infested biology, this former Quanta now fires organic ordinance and a harpoon-like appendage.

Gammacor: Designed to quickly vaporize minerals for content analysis, users discovered the Gammacor Laser’s powerful beam was equally efficient at dispatching hostiles.

Here’s a video of the Redeemer in action. It looks awesome!

There’s a whole lot more being added to the game. You can see the above and all the other goodies over at the official website.

I haven’t even gotten around to playing with the new Archwing gear! It’s high time I stepped back into my Warframe. Are you excited for the update?

I was helping out on the Earth interception mission last night when they started deploying this update. The screen flickered like a Stalker was coming, then about 15 lvl 25/30 ancients dropped into the level. That was not a pleasant surprise. I’m guessing a lot of low level players got owned very quickly.

Yip, there is more variety in Warframe. Impressive for a game that probably had one fifth the development budget.

Well I am in the clan but haven’t played for a
while – been sucked into Borderlands 1 and 2 for the moment. Will come back soon-ish.

Check your privacy settings when you’re in your spaceship. You might have set it to solo and not public

That’s what I decided was the problem and with Telkom being responsible for my internet it isn’t likely to be fixed anytime soon.

The only gripe I have with this game is that it does not update through steam but through their launcher. It shows I have over 30 hours of playtime in warframe when in reality I probably only have like 10. Whenever I launch the game there is an update and I can not play. By the time the update is finished I have moved onto doing other things
