CoolerMaster is becoming more and more involved with eSports in South Africa. After becoming the official sponsor of local StarCraft 2 pro gamer Robert “PandaTank” Botha in February this year; they’ve now sponsored a very generous chunk of cash prizes to S.A’s biggest online league, the Do Gaming League.

In the usual awesome Do Gaming League fashion, they work hard every year to get as many sponsors as they can, rewarding players as best they can for their dedication to the league throughout the year. This year, it would seem ,won’t be any different. Thanks to Do Gaming and CoolerMaster the StarCraft 2 Championships, which is only one division of the league, will have R50, 000 in cash prizes.

“We are excited about extending CM Storm support with partnering up with DGL in sponsoring the StarCraft II 2013 League,” said Alessandro Nicol, CoolerMaster channel sales representative.

According to the article on Do Gaming, Ricus Groenewald, Telkom Gaming Specialist, the Do Gaming League has grown by 66%, with over 4100 entries this year.

The StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm league currently has 105 players registered for the Winter Leg; registrations can be done here before 19 May 2013.
