Patch

In case you haven’t heard yet, there’s some new DLC out for Call of Duty: Ghosts. What does that mean for those of you who aren’t getting the Devastation pack? A patch boyo. And it’s a massive update that will make the sub-machine gun your new best friend.

None of the other guns are getting nerfed in this latest update, so there’s no need to send death threats to Infinity Ward. The Vector, VEPR,Bizon,CBJ and K7 SMGs get a boost to their range in Ghosts, adding to their ability to do lead-based damage over a distance. YouTuber Drift0r broke the stats down for the guns. Here they are:

  • Bizon – +35% range buff
  • CBJ – +35% max damage range, +60% minimum damage range
  • Vector – +25% minimum damage range
  • K7 – +25% minimum damage range
  • VEPR – +32% minimum damage range

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE! The patch will also introduce a new loadout generator, that auto-creates load-outs for those of you trying to achieve certain in-game challenges, and a a crazy mode set of weapons and perks that asks if you’re insane in the membrane. Here’s a pair of screenshots from MP1st:

All this, and most likely more tweaks and fixes, weighs in at a hefty 2gb download. Hope your ADSL is up to scratch.

Are you kidding. Not to divert attention from the actual intent of the article, but are you trying to hurt us by putting up a Patch Adams header….I feel like crying now. THANX!
