Even though it got off to a rocky start, the Borderlands 2 DLC has been worth repeated trips back to Pandora so far. The latest one, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep has been particularly well crafted, tying several loose ends together in a fantastic take on Dungeons and Dragons. What a way to end off a year’s worth of DLC, right? Wrong!
Speaking on the Nerdist podcast, Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford explained that more content would be on the way. “We did a season pass for Borderlands 2, and the season pass was like, ‘hey if you buy the season pass we would be doing four campaign add-ons and you can buy all four of them for the price of three, if you buy upfront’, Pitchford said.
So everyone was under the expectations that those would be the four DLC’s and that’s it. We are going to do more, we are going to do some other things. I don’t have details exactly of it yet cause were not ready to announce what the other things are, but when the next campaign DLC comes Assault On Dragon Keep not being the end of it.
We got more stuff in the hopper that we’re planning and getting pretty excited about. So if you’re a Borderlands 2 fan you don’t have to be afraid that that’s the end of it.
I’ve recently gone back to Pandora, and I’m busy with my fourth class right now, the Gunzerker. And the game still feels fresh. As much as I’d like to see some new DLC though, what I;d really like are some more character classes to play with.
Can you imagine traversing Pandora as a levelled up Rakk-Man, Tiny Tina, Sir Hammerlock, Crazy Earl or Ellie class? I can. Easily. Each and every night when I close my eyes.

Still stuck trying to get my siren up to 61 so I can use all my lvl 61 gear from my soldier.
Im on 56 atm.
Im determined to solo kill terramorphous or pyro pete.
pushing 6 playthroughs between 2 characters is tiring.
cant even imagine trying to get all 6 classes…

I had a bit of good luck with Terramorphous, he knocked me flying into the air & I ended up landing on a ledge high up on the wall where he couldn’t hit me very easily. I’ve given up trying to solo the rest, not worth the endless frustration for me.
