I base my theory on presentation and wrapping style. As a receiver of many a valentine gift during my life. One thing that has always impressed me was how beautifully and creatively these cards or gifts were wrapped. The ladies always went above and beyond. It’s really the same with handwriting. The handwriting of guys always look as if a chimpanzee had just found a crayon, whereas most women (not all) have handwriting that could melt your eyes. 

Anyway, the finishing on his boxes make me question whether a woman’s hand ever touched his boxes, or for that matter his nuts.
