The Walking Dead Season 2 trailer

One of the most highly acclaimed point and click adventure games from the last year was The Walking Dead from Telltale Games, in a day and age where all everyone seems to care about is powerful graphics, realism and physics it’s a nice experience just sitting back and immersing yourself in an interactive comic book series.

But don’t take the basic nature of the gameplay as an indicator that this game is simplistic. The emotions and feelings you get from playing this game are truly solid and work very well into the same experience you get from the currently running TV series.

Warning to TV fans, it is highly likely that people will post spoilers about the TV series in the comments below with the latest show including a tank and the prison. If you haven’t seen that then stay away from the comments below.

In the trailer above we see Clementine getting her hands dirty in the fight to survive against the walkers and hear about how life has changed from people trying to 1UP each other all the time to the world now simply being about whether you are dead or alive.

I find the emotion of The Walking Dead to be the closest to what a true zombie apocalypse would be, there is nothing exciting about trying to survive in a world with no future.

The Walking Dead Season 2 will see you playing as Clementine and the great news is that any decisions you made in Season 1 will continue into this season.

The game will be coming to PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Mac and iOS but I’m definitely going to wait for the iOS version. It just feels like the right place to play this game. No announcement on next gen consoles

You warn people of spoilers and list one regarding “a tank and the prison”. You think people cant put the two together? You just spoiled what I’m guessing is the midseason finale for the show, on an article about the game. Goddamit, man.

Definitely not spoiled at all. Trust me the mid season finale is an epic show with some incredible things. The tank and prison mean nothing to the show, best I could do tbh

Totally agree! Midseason finale was a great episode with lots of interesting developments. As far as I’m concerned, and can remember, it’s the most enjoyable episode of the current season.
